We’re looking for a proactive and focused Debt Assist Client Manager to join our growing Debt Assist team. This role is central to delivering our ethical, insight-led debt recovery service across local government and private sector clients. You’ll manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to delivery, service wrap-up and invoicing—while actively identifying opportunities to enhance performance, upsell solutions and grow our client base. Within the Debt Assist Team, we’re passionate about delivering ethical, people-first debt recovery services that create long-term impact. You’ll join a supportive, forward-thinking team where your ideas, energy and relationships make a real difference.
