The Vacancy
We wish to recruit a high skilled and motivated Head of R&B Lead (London) to join the team. Reporting to the R&B Tower Director the role will be responsible for managing our London contracts. There will be a requirement to regularly attend our London offices, and the remainder of the post holder’s time could be spent working remotely.
The remit of the role includes operational management of the London Revenue and Benefits Team, the management of stakeholder relationships and the use of transformational change to drive continuous improvement in service performance.
This role requires an individual with a proven track record of successfully managing a Revenues and Benefits service who demonstrates the ability to deliver high standards of service delivery while balancing Liberata’s commercial interests. The individual must have excellent communication and management skills to build effective relationships both internally within Liberata and externally within client and business partner organisations.
