We are looking for an experienced candidate to join the team & applicants must have knowledge of systems supported. The role of a Central Systems Administrator is to be responsible for assisting the team leader, primarily in the management and technical software support of the associated systems supported by this team, across multiple Liberata service lines & client contracts.

You will receive training to support Central System Admin in delivering all services to the wider Liberata business, from setting up users to performing complex problem resolution and anything in between.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • To provide general system admin support across multiple Liberata service lines supported by the Central Systems Admin team
  • Ensuring that all scheduling set up is monitored and checked in line with required process
  • Administer, maintain & help grow Digital Customer Solutions supported by the Central Systems Admin team
  • Running and supporting annual billing, year-end, overpayment year end, subsidy runs or adhoc process as needed
  • System set up and user security profiles, including regular auditing
  • Management Information production as per business requirements
  • Assist in testing of new releases\patches\new functionality and installations
  • Completing work requests allocated by the team leader or the call handling application and support team with any requests
  • Supporting of Interfaces to and from core systems
  • Running and creating bespoke ad-hoc reports with information from systems (QBF, SQL, BI4 etc.)
  • Administer changes to document templates/reports as needed
  • Ensure team resilience by taking responsibility of responsibility of creating or updating procedures and documented process notes
  • Requirement to work out of hours as and when required and with prior notice to perform essential business activity or system changes

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates will need to provide evidence of the below requested experience

  • Experience in working with any of the following IT systems:
    • Academy One Revenues & Benefits
    • NEC iWorld
    • NEC NDMS
    • Comino DMS
  • Preferred experience in working with web based Digital Customer Solutions
  • Working knowledge or background in Revenues and/or Benefits
  • Knowledge of working within a System Administrator Role
  • Preferred knowledge of reporting tools such as ISQL/Microsoft SQL/SAP BI
  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office products
  • A practiced & demonstrated approach to problem resolution
  • A practiced approach with communication on all levels
  • Expert PC skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and own initiative when required
